Skydive Las Vegas

Skydive.jpgDo you want to drop 120 mph?  Are you looking for a different view of Hoover Dam, Lake Meade, the Strip and the surrounding area to Las Vegas? If you are you can go skydiving and see it all.  You will probably want to tandem dive if this is your first time out, it’s the safest, easiest and cheapest way to try it.

Just think of yourself floating through the sky, looking around getting a birds eye view of the beauty of the area and you will understand why this is the ultimate thrill for lots of people, maybe you are one of those that would find it to be yours.  You can take the training course if you decide that you want to become a skydiver, but for your first time you will tandem jump for safety sake.

First you will take the ground training.  You will only pay for your skydive after the training if you want to jump. Classes start everyday at 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm by appointment. Special class times are available upon request. Reservations are highly recommended; classes usually fill up early.

The SLV shuttle picks up at 8:00am and 12:00 noon sharp from a central location on the Las Vegas Strip. Our Shuttle Van will return you to that central location on the Strip when all of the Jumpers in your Van are ready to go. It is the Customers responsibility to walk or take a Taxi to and from that central location. Our Shuttle Van is for First Time Jumpers. Observers can only accompany on a "space available" basis.  You can possibly save Time and have more options available in scheduling your jump by providing your own transportation here to the Boulder City Airport.

Boulder City Airport is only 18 miles southeast of Las Vegas; a simple 25 minute Drive.  So, if you have a car or have rented a car you may want to drive yourself, that way you can take the people with you that want to watch.

You can have a video taken of your jump.  You choose how you want it shot, lots of close-ups, primarily scenery or a mix of both.  Keep the memories alive for years to come, even if you become an experienced, frequent skydiver you will want to remember your first one, look at how you did and what you have learned since that historic day.

Obviously the jump will depend on the weather.  You will want to check for the current rates, there may be a special going on that will save you some money!

If you don’t want to jump yourself but your friends do you can ride in the plane and watch them jump for a fee of $50.
